UNWORN PRODUCTS
If you are not happy with your garment(s) and/or accessories you can return them to us for a refund. In accordance with our policy you must return the garment and/or accessories within 24 hours of receipt. They must be unused/unworn, in its original condition with the Bollywood Borrowed tags still attached and in its original packaging. On receipt of the returned items we will inspect them to ensure they comply with the above. If so, a refund (excluding the delivery cost and insurance (if applicable)) will be issued within 30 working days of us receiving the returned items.

If the garment(s) and/or accessories do not fit unfortunately we are not able to offer a different size because all of our items are exclusive.

WORN PRODUCTS
Please return your products to us in an acceptable condition by no later than the hire return date, which is the last day of the hire period. Your security deposit will be issued within 30 workings days of us receiving the product (provided the products are in an acceptable conditions and returned on time). Please note you may be charged for late returns.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
If any products you receive are defective or do not match the order placed, you may return them to us stating the nature of defect or mistake. If we are satisfied that the products are defective or do not match the order you placed, we will provide you with a refund. Please note that hired items will have an element of wear and tear and as such are not regarded as defective.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Our Policy

You may cancel your order before we dispatch the products. Please note a cancellation fee may apply.

Distance selling regulations

You have the right to cancel your order with us (subject to Cancellation on short notice, below) provided you give us written notice within 7 workings days of formation of the contract, being the date upon which we receive payment for your order.

Cancellation on short notice: If you place an order with us 7 days before the hire start date under the Distance Selling Regulations you accept that the contract concludes upon formation of the contract and you have no right to cancel.

Our Policy
If you are not happy with your garment(s) and/or accessories you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. They must be unused/unworn, in its original condition with the Bollywood Borrowed tags still attached and in its original packaging. A refund (excluding the delivery cost) will be issued within 30 working days of us receiving the returned items.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit on earrings unless the earrings reaches you in a damaged condition.

If the garment(s) and/or accessories do not fit unfortunately we are not able to offer a different size because all of our items are exclusive.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the day you receive your garment(s) and/or accessories to cancel your order with us. Notice of contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations must be given in writing to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Customer Care Department, Bollywood Borrowed, 20 Embley close, Southampton, SO40 2QX or by email to [email protected].

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Simply follow the procedure below and remember to keep proof of posting.
1. You must complete all the details required on the Returns Form that arrived with your order. Lost your Returns Form- drop us an email and we’ll send you another one.
2. Cut out the address label and attach it to the outside of the package and enclose the completed form with the item(s) being returned. Make sure the package is properly secured. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.
4. Take it to your nearest Post Office to send. We recommend you use a postal service that insurers you for the value of the items replacement cost (as specified on the individual page for each item) as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s).
5. You must obtain a certificate of posting or proof of posting from the Post Office and retain it in case of a dispute. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
